Most people think that subliminal messages, affirmations and hypnosis are just pseudo-science and that they don't actually do what they say they will do.

Although now thanks to the Russian Biophysicist Pjotr Garjajev, the superior qualities of the scientific investigative method cast a harsh light of reality upon the real truth behind affirmations.

So far, affirmations have not work very well for me! They did sometimes boost my confidence and self-esteem, however, no longer lasting effect was not spotted! I guess, it's just me, but I do really prefer taking focused action and pursuing personal journey, rather than repeating phrase over and over! I wish it was so easy for me hahaha :D

You are attracted to pseudo-science bullshit, aren't you? :)

This guy can get a Nobel prize, world fame and tons of money if he bothers proving that in the lab. Want to bet he won't be bothering?

This particular word combination: 'russian + scientist' is a tad problematic when you search for solid arguments.
99.9% of Russian scientists either emigrated to US/Germany/UK/Israel, or simple left the academy due to low funding.

Most of the modern Russian scientists are either scam artists or businessman whose researches are as informative as Google search results after Panda.

First thing I checked was there a peer reviewed paper submitted and referenced,

The answer a resounding niet, nada, nicht, no

I then looked at the guy writing it, and almost wet myself, "spiritual councillor" I.e. someone who was duped by the New age hippy brigade I referred to previously, and is now bringing it mainstream in order to make even more money by duping impressionable people.

What affirmations do to thought process' s can be measured by ct scans, their effect and results are not measurable as we move into psychology from neurology which is far more Woolly.

However if affirmations had the ability to not only change thought processes but also DNA then I now affirm that I am 40 feet tall with a penis the size of a lamp post. Surely now my DNA has been suitably adjusted and I now just have to wait for my lady busting stats to reveal themselves.

Once again immeasurable theories being bandied as facts. If it was indeed a fact a Nobel prize is on the horizon.

The new age movement are laced with DNA changing energies I'll tell you now, no one has ever marked a DNA change from a base measurement.

These people are charlatans who wind me up.

Chinese qi gong is riddled with immeasurable theories that just seem to work, but no one no where would state the theory as fact. Take acupuncture for instance, it works, I know the Chinese theory behind it, but all that any medical review will ever say is that it works but no one can truly measure why.

New agers are money grabbing, marketers who are preying on the vulnerable with baffling theories and pseudoscience.

You also need to make massive action... get organized... absorb books... read some pick-up material.

Great book to start out with: The Power of Now

Then just head over to the free content on RSD nation. Tony Robbins' Hour of Power on YouTube also extremely helpful for specific affirmations.
