i need to know what to put in the privacy policy/terms of service/disclaimer for an affiliate program

Are you kidding me??? Go to a website that you know paid for their legalese and cut and paste what you need. Its free and higher quality than these stock forms...

Plus... the best thing you can do is READ the legalese... you will learn pretty quickly how to cover your ass.


Of course... you are in the totally the wrong forum if you want to be nice and legal.

im not trying 2 get sued
what would be so illegal about getting other people to sell your products??

If someone selling your product says it is guarenteed to get you laid with Miss Universe in 5 minutes or 10,000% money back.

Do You want to be liable for such statements that affiliates may use to get sales?

(extreme example for effect)
