I'm an affiliate program manager and I want to find a place with a lot of PPC affiliates, people who can intelligently run an arbitrage campaign on AdWords, Bing, 2nd tier, where would I go?

ppc traffic eh... well, I think if anybody runs ppc they will go with the highest paying networks or they will be running their own offers.

I mean, its basically like saying, I want someone with loads of money to invest in advertising campaigns for which I receive benefit. Oh in return? I let you run under my network, I get fabulous offers from AWM

    That's exactly what I'm saying :)
You want the highest paying offer, regarding what "your own offer" means, that can vary.

Also, perhaps I'm missing, but anything you market, outside of actually working for the merchant is in the line of
"I want someone...to run my offers....for which I pay commission". Some companies, like Amazon, decided to cut PPC affiliates off, run their own campaign. What I meant is that if I know that PPC works particularly well for an offer, I'd want to find affiliates that deal with that type of traffic, instead of generally searching for affiliates, from all niches.

You left the commission/payout part of it out. No one suggests working for free, far from it.

Got some great replies, but this is still relevant. If you're good at PPC, we have an offer for you.

Firstly what offers do you provide? Is it Cost Per Lead or Cost Per Sale or Pay Per Download?

Do you have your own affiliate tracking software? Also have you tried contact affiliate networks like linkshare, CJ and cpa networks? These companies already have what you need a small army of affiliates ready to do what you need. Then you can save time and resources having to find affiliates yourself...

It's a Cost Per Sale or CPA commission, up to the affiliate.
We have our own tracking software.
Networks are great, yet it can't hurt to have a direct relationship with affiliates.

Nerow turns out to be a savvy PPC marketer :)
From some questions I got, I see that RPC is the parameter most people go with.
I always look mostly at the profit margin, with arbitrage.

You can expect a minimum of 30%-40% margin even on the higher bids.

ppc marketers most of the time prefer to remain hidden so that people cant find out about their campaigns so easily :)

What niche(s)? When do you payout?

Very important questions. Cash flow and market saturation is everything for PPCers.
