Affiliates, what makes you LOVE a program you join?

Besides high commission & conversion rates

As an APM, I am curious to hear what about times you've joined a program and been like "damn, this is great."

I imagine some basics would be a great product, great offer, shared marketing collateral, easy & intuitive UI/UX of the platform, incentives/bonuses... etc

The best affiliate programs are experienced affiliate mangers and organized offer-list data/geos/etc on the platforms and affiliate managers that are able to intitate payout increases.
