This is a program that provides discount Real Estate services for homeowners wishing to sell thier (Home, Townhome, Condo, Builders, Land, and Rental Properties) "For Sale By Owner". Traditional Companies may charge up to 6% to get on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). With this program, homeowners get the same MLS services for a one time fee of $299.

The payout is $57 for each sale, and I have decided to open it up to as many people that want to promote it.

Each area has its own MLS. Currently, I offering Chicago which is a huge market, athough not as good as it used to be considering the economy. Assuming all goes well, I will add more states as time progresses.

No, but if you can drive traffic to the site, it doesn't matter if they buy a US package.Just as long as there is a sale, there is CPA Payout.
