What Happened
On October 2nd, I contacted “Facebook Agent BM” through Telegram after seeing their thread on BHW.
I was interested in purchasing a Verified Business Manager for WhatsApp marketing.
he quoted me $249 USDT (TRC20) for a BM5 account with 5 verified ad accounts.
I agreed and made the payment to the address he provided:

After that, he said he would deliver “within minutes”. It actually took hours of waiting, with repeated excuses like “traffic driver,” “office,” and “will send soon.”
When I finally got access, the Business Manager was empty and required verification. I also couldn’t access WhatsApp Manager (showing the “Unable to access WhatsApp Manager with this account” error).

Second Payment (Top-up Scam)
he told me I had to top up the account with $100 minimum + 10% fee to make it work.
Since I wanted to finish the setup, I sent an additional $110 USDT to the same wallet:

he confirmed receipt and said he would “top up now.”
After that, he stopped responding properly.
I repeatedly asked for the email and password to verify the BM, but he kept delaying, saying “one moment,” “will check,” etc.
Current Status
$249 + $110 = $359 USDT paid.
No working BM account.
No email/password provided.
No refund.
The seller has been delaying for more than 24 hours now and ignoring messages.

Information For The Accused

We have been away from BHW for a while you can see the log in history. We only had time to change our profile picture and we can't log in. Someone has been following us and he has been tricking customers who have contacted us. I have pictures of him impersonating me and trying to get my brand back for $500. Maybe it's our fault for not changing the domain name but we have been very busy these past few months. Please understand we have built our brand for a long time and can't easily lose it for a few hundred dollars.

With all due respect, your response doesn’t hold up against the evidence. The entire transaction and communication took place through the exact Telegram handle listed in your sales thread. If that handle was compromised, then it’s your direct responsibility to update or remove it immediately — not let it remain active to keep scamming users.

Here are the key facts that are not disputed:
• I found your offer through your official BHW sales thread.
• I contacted the Telegram handle that you listed in that thread.
• I paid a total of $359 USDT in two transactions.
• You (or the party controlling your official Telegram) delivered a non-functional BM, demanded additional money to “top up,” and then stopped responding.
• At no point did you provide working credentials, refund the payment, or prove that this was not under your control.

If someone was “impersonating” you, it happened because you left your Telegram handle in your thread unmonitored while continuing to benefit from the reputation of your long-standing account. That’s negligence at best and complicity at worst. You’ve had more than enough time to log in, remove the handle, and inform the community — but instead, people like me were scammed through your listing.

This is not a misunderstanding. This is a clear case of a non-delivered service and refusal to refund.

I’ve provided:
• Full Telegram chat logs (timestamps, usernames, messages)
• Blockchain payment proofs (2 transactions, $359 total)
• Screenshots of the empty BM and all delays/excuses
• Links to your thread where this exact handle was listed


At this point, the only acceptable resolution is a full refund of $359 USDT to the wallet of my choice. I’m not interested in stories about someone impersonating you unless you can show a refund or working delivery, not excuses.

I’ll continue cooperating fully with moderators and have already provided all required evidence. If you fail to act promptly, I trust the moderators will enforce the permanent ban as outlined in the dispute rules.

I've conferred with the Dispute team about this dispute. Here's what we've decided.

It's your responsibility, @Facebook Agent BM to make @Affiliate3750 whole. There are 2 reasons we're making this decision:

1. Ultimately it's your responsibility to maintain your sales thread. As the business owner you need to make sure the info remains valid. If someone came and swiped the rug under you, it's not the fault of what should have been your customers. YOU should have been ahead of this by contacting support and getting everything changed over before the fallout. Not mopping up the aftermath. Now there's damage to repair.
   
   
2. This resolution allows you to make good and keep your reputation in tact. Those that are watching these Disputes will know that they're dealing with someone who's trustworthy.

At the end of the day, it's your decision as to what you want to do with this. I will give you 24 hours to think this over. Please take the time to think and consider what you want to do. In these 24 hours I shouldn't see any posts from you anywhere else on the forum (as per the Dispute Resolution rules). You need to be focusing on these Disputes and only these Disputes.

We will compensate him for the money he lost with one condition. That amount will be added to the amount when he worked with us. For example, if he spends 10,000 in a month and the fee he has to pay is 800$, we will collect 800$ from him - the amount he was cheated.

There are no conditions or strings. Refund the money.

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.
