Affiliate Window asking for samples

Hey guys,

Looking to get into CPA, and I have applied for an account with affiliate window as I am based in the UK and heard they do some good offers.

I chose email marketing as my primary option, and I got an email asking to see samples...

I have yet done any email marketing so what can I show them??

Just scared that I won't get accepted! any help would be great guys
