Affiliate Website Optimization

While I'm in the Internet Marketing business for more than six years, I never more than dabbled when it comes to affiliate marketing. I recently bought an affiliate website and feel that it lacks optimization. It is earning solid money and I'm pretty happy with that, but I was wondering if there is room to increase conversions significantly. Does anyone know if there are services, tutors or sites out there that do the optimizing for you? I'm thinking of A-B testing, writing better sales letters and the like.
