Affiliate webpage script??

hi i wanted to have a affiliate page for visitors who can sign up and become affiliate of my product and can promote them. Any idea how to go about it. What i actually mean is that the

>visitors should click on the link.

>he/she should come to affiliate signup page.

>then securely he/she can see the affiliate tool and his page for tracking his promotion and sales.

> the page should be corresponding to the logged-in user only.

Any suggestions will be good.

thanks in advance.
