Affiliate Usernames

I was thinking earlier today and did a search but didn't find anything. Has anyone here been using Keywords as their affiliate name?

I mean when you blog a link it could have 2 benefits.

####.com/####?ref=Keyword
as opposed to
####.com/####?ref=IMakeMoneyFromYou

and maybe the sites will show up higher on a google search when someone makes a search for a certain Keyword.

Any thoughts?

Whatever word is after a question mark won't help you a lot in seo.
