I really didn't believe BTB at first. I thought his views were way too white hat, telling us to create unique, useful content for our sites first and foremost. And THEN add backlinks, but hey, it works. Maybe one day, my dream is to be one of those big affiliates and have the means to attend a place like this.

I wouldn't say adding unique useful content to your sites first and then building links to it constitutes wearing any type of "hat", it's just the most effective way to get your sites to rank.
Sure you can throw up a ton of duplicate shitty content and blast the hell out of your site with spammy links, but you will never see any results that way.
Either way, BTB knows what he's talkin about so whatever hat he wears, it works.

I'm actually thinking of renting a car and driving from san luis obispo, its 7 hrs from vegas in california, where i'm gonna be for the holidays, then fly back to tampa. Man I really hope i can get this worked out. [BTB/Greg] Can't wait to meet someone who spreads such positivity and kindness around with and without his money. I have to check my finances but I think i can swing the $250 + car rental. I know Greg is serious cause that's the type of guy he is. If anyone is interested in sharing a room hit me up.
