Affiliate Store With Wordpress

I am creating my first affiliate store. I can do this easily in PHP but I thought this would be a good first Wordpress project. I've seen things like the ShopperPress and DataFeedr but I don't think they apply to my site. I am not doing an Amazon affiliate site or anything like that so I doubt these will work.

I will be basically grabbing images and links from the 3 sites I'll be selling for and posting them on my page along with each one's specific affiliate ref key.

Is WordPress right for this? Is there a free theme I should look into? Any recommended tutorial videos?

couldn't you just use a wordpress gallery them and url link the images to the affiliate's products

You don't need to use a store plugin for amazon affiliates just link to amazon, amazon cookies stay for 1 day that is shit
