affiliate store fronts

i am working on a new small site at the moment and would like to utilize one of my affiliate programmes fully by having an affiliate store similar to the one below.
I have read through the source code but am unable to figure out how they do it.

bit of a bump, still need some help with this

I've built a few using a very simple PHP structure that pulls data from a MySQL table. The MySQL table is just filled with a CJ product feed. Once you have the structure down you can roll out new sites very quickly and easily.
