The affiliate network I'm working with is clearly not showing the clicks correctly. I'm not sure what the etiquette is here for naming names, but it is clear the clicks are not showing up.
The clicks ARE showing up on the site where I purchased the ad and they distinguish between unique clicks and total clicks. One of the AM at my Affiliate network said that the reduced number of clicks is probably because it's the same person click on the ads, but that's obviously not the case. Furthermore, my own AM has not responded to me even though I've contacted him about once a week for the past month. I had to turn to one of the other AM's for "help".
I'm really surprised because most places consider this network to be very professional. I kind of have the feeling that I'm a newbie and they just don't really want to waste time on me.
Any thoughts?
