Should a site that doesn't rely on SEO and only gets traffic from Pinterest be full of informational content, or would just a few product review pages suffice?

I feel if I were to fill a site up with informational content, then all they would do is get in the way of the actual pre-sell, and I'd make less sales.

So should I just throw up a thin site with a few soft sell articles, and just drive traffic to those, or wouldn't that work for some reason?

i do not think so.. scraped atore type site will help you to bank. just thought only.

You need to get good amount of traffic to get conversions. Pinterest traffic quality is not that good, i tried before. But check @healzer threads about pinterest

Pinterest Traffic only works in targeted areas mostly gender based traffic so if you have products related to fashion you might get more sales.

I've had many sales with Pinterest traffic before, but that was direct linking. So it's no question of whether or not Pinterest traffic converts or not.

I just need to know what kind of affiliate site I should build.

IF direct linking Pinterest traffic has worked for you....why change now?

Because it's not long term. It also gets accounts banned easily. And sites blocked/ghosted.
