Affiliate setup for my store

I'd like to start up an affilate network for my site aftermarketevolution.com , the shopping cart i am using right now is ablecommerce. I am not sure what the best cart to use when doign affiliate marketing. Any tips? Also if anyone is interested in hopping on board for the affiliate stuff let me know.

I'm a real fan of e-junkie.com. You can set it up with paypal or with a real CC merchant...and it has an affiliate program built right in.
