Affiliate redirect (Not EasyAzon) ?

I am looking to monetize global traffic.. I have a substantial chunk form south east asia and the middle east and hence i need to redirect people to souq and lazada and flipkart.. Whats the best way to redirect them...best plugin which takes them to amazon and the other sites i mentioned based on location ?
