Sharing a little affiliate recruitment method I've been running lately. It's been getting around a 15% reply rate, and roughly half of those are willing to partner in some way, so I'm happy with it.
The process:
1. Find any decent match affiliate on X. Someone already promoting offers in your space, ideally with an engaged following rather than just a big one.
2. Scrape their followers and score them. Two things to score on: relevance to the offer, and partnership fit. You're looking for people who both care about the topic and look like they'd actually be open to working together.
3. Scrape their topics and go wider. Look at what that affiliate tweets about, then find who else is tweeting about those same topics and score them the same way. This is where you find people you'd never have surfaced by looking at follower lists alone.
4. Waterfall email enrichment. Run your scored list through a waterfall enrichment setup so you're stacking providers and maximising the number of valid emails you actually get.
5. Recursively iterate. Every new partner and every new relevant account you find becomes a fresh seed to start the whole thing again. The list compounds the longer you run it.
That's the whole thing. Nothing fancy, but the scoring on relevance plus partnership fit is what keeps the reply rate up, since you're not blasting everyone, just the people who make sense.
