What if someone clicks my affiliate link from a mobile device and then purchases from a laptop? Will I get the credit?

There will be two possible scenarios:

If your customer's account is synced with cookies on both devices, the commission will be credited to you.
If the cookies are not synced between the two devices, you will not receive the commission.

Usually, scenario 2 occurs more frequently.
