Affiliate Programs like ProjectPayday?

Are there any affiliate programs like Project Payday? I mean an affiliate program where I can get 1$+ per lead the enters in there name and email. It is a pain in the ass getting into project payday's program and it is pretty well known so I might have a little more luck promoting something else. So are there any other affiliate programs that pay 1.50 per name and email that are not CPA and are targeted towards users that want to make money online?
