I have 5 000 clicks a day of traffic from official twitter advertisements. Is there any service (for example, SSM up online followers) to monetize this traffic? Are there any solutions?

You'll likely need a landing page in a domain not banned by Twitter. Then you can run any campaign, as the network will see your landing page not Twitter.
