Affiliate programs for digital products?

Hi,
I need to find out great affiliate programs for digital products. (non physical products i.e softwares, video/ audio guides etc)
preferably one's that are auto approving (Coz my website is still under construction)

you guys can list out ones that are really worth the mention but are not auto approving as well if you wish.

Lastly i wanted to know a way for affiliate companies to approve my proposal without my website being online, is there a way for this to happen?

yes all of them auto-approve affiliates without any website.
