Affiliate Program that doesn't requires a brand?

Hey, so Iv'e started reading in this forum and found some very helpful information.
There is something I'm not completely sure about -
Most of what you guys share are programs that requires you to have some sort of a brand - Website/Facebook/Twitter etc, Which is nice.

but I do know that there are some programs around that doesn't requires you actually having a brand, meaning lets say a program that sells a product and gives you an affiliate link for this product.
That way you can have a well optimized Facebook/google ad campaigns with an Ad to the product you're promoting and simply focus on targeting and optimizing your campaign.

Is it a less common way of affiliating? any pointers on where should I look for such thing?

Same situation here. Though I've some websites but completely new to Affiliate marketing. I signed up for 2 and got rejected both times because "No Brands". Looking for a solution.
