I don't know of any others but I didn't know neverblue didn't require one so now I'm gonna be all over that. Yeah I'm trying to show as little income as possible since I'm trying to pay for an Ivy League School right now and any income I show, they take.

Incentaclick doesnt require one either. basically any Affiliate program that isnt in the US wont ask for one. Which means the Affiliate program wont be turning any of your earnings into the IRS, so technically you dont have to either. NOW if you get audited, the IRS will pull your bank accounts and ask you to explain what the $XX,XXX.XX deposits from NBA or Incentaclick are. which then they will nail you for not claiming that money. You are more safe just claiming the money!!
