affiliate program redirect

Hi

So I have a domain for the sole purpose of redirecting to an affiliate program. I have setup all the cloaked pages to redirect, but how should I setup the index.html page?

Can I do that through cloaker, or should I use a meta-refresh redirect in the html? Or should I do a javascript redirect?

The article below explains a few different kinds of redirects, but any input is appreciated.
