Anyone know a way / tool or whatever that may help me set up a system (mostly automated) to split profits (revenue - costs) with someone on the internet without setting up an LLC / joint bank account ?

Context:
So... My adhd hit really hard the last couple of months with all the ai hype.
Before that I already knew how to make applications, now with mcp server (which I posted about previously: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/welcome-to-the-future-mcp-protocol.1664795/ ) + all the ai framework w tools like cursor, windsurf, etc its getting easier and easier to deliver a scalable product if you know what you are doing.

On top of that, if you manage to land a trustworthy partner to invest you can end up with a very lucrative venture.

The biggest problem is revenue share. How to manage a partnership with someone over the internet where both (you and him) get a fair, transparent split of cash. Im talking about split profits (not just commission). This partner is expected to code, pay some tools and put some of his time to develop the app without a payment. In exchange, a portion of the net sales belongs to him.

There are a ton of tools where something like this is available out of the box like stripe, mercury, and other banks - but they require you to have a business. Thats very expensive for just an idea on development and a couple of users.

Anyone knows on how to distribute profits in a fair, transparent, no-llc, automated way?

Have you tried Stripe Connect? It is probably the best option as it balances automation, transparency, and ease of integration.

You could try hel io pay which allows you to accept payments in a variety crypto denominations. There's a split feature which automatically sends payments to different wallets based on your set percentages. You don't need to be a business to use it. I think it was acquired by moon pay recently. Downside is that payments can't be natively fiat.

The only way you can trust someone is by starting low and grow from there.
Trust has to be earned, unless you are talking about someone you know years ago, and even this doesn't mean you're out of trouble.
