Affiliate Program has not Paid me, What should I do?

I began to promote this affiliate product about three weeks ago and made $1300- 1400. The first week of payments I missed because I had not entered my payment information but for the second week I entered it. The payments were supposed to be sent out about a week ago, but I did not get anything. I emailed them about 5 times and no response. They are working through an individual affiliate network.

My question to you guys is, what should I do? Should I wait longer? Is there any legal action I can take?

Try calling them or emailing the owners personally. They may have marked you as paid accidentally and whoevers doing payments is just ignoring your emails.

find the mother fucker who owns the website and make him pay you and if he doesn't you can sue his ass for every cent he has. -good luck

Is it weekly payments? If they're monthly maybe their just waiting until the next payment cycle. Call them if there's a number to get it sorted out, it's more than likely an oversight on their part.

It is weekly payments.

I dont want to say the vendor until i am positive that they are not paying me.

Worst case scenario out them on a public forum. It has gotten some people paid in the past.
