Affiliate program for utility connection

Hi all brothers and sisters,

I am running a real estate agency business focusing on rental properties in Australia.

We have set up affiliate program with utility connection service company which means if tenants use our affiliate link to sign up for the connections of electricity, gas, internet then we will have commission.

Any one know what kind of methods that we can use to spam the link for the entire country not just targeting our tenants, but the property owners as well.

Any creative ideas would be much appreciated.
