Affiliate program for offline business

Hey guys, any suggestions how to create some small affiliate program for my offline pc repair business ? I have an website running on wordpress, but as you understand most of customers come from phone call and not any actions in web-page.

I'm thinking to give some unique discount codes to my affiliates that customer when ordering service by phone can spell code and then I can match it with my affiliates.

Any more suggestions ?
