I don't recommend amazon in the first place. Instead, cpagrip and Clickbank has instant approval.

There are many affiliate programs to be honest, but it also depends on what you want to promote, is it a dating website, gambling or trading niche?
I'm at the moment using Finministry affiliate program to promote binary, forex trading platforms for quite some time and it's been good so far, they are very user friendly.

It's hard to give you a proper answer on this without doing some research. You should search on Google the name of your industry/niche and some queries like "affiliate sites for beginners" or "affiliate networks with fewer requirements" and it can lead you to some forums or blogs that will list some ideas. You have to do your own research on this as it depends on a lot of things. It's not easy to start but once you find the first site to partner with, the rest of the job will be much more simple.
