Affiliate Program Directory - Auto Submitter?

There seem to be 100s of Aff program directories and forum.

Is there any tool developed to macro the hell out of it and get an affiliate program listed and rolling quickly?

While a Macro or a bot would be good, most affiliate program directories (at least the ones that get traffic) are manually edited. Not sure what your goal is to mass submit to affiliate program directories, but if it is to increase backlinks then you're possibly wasting your time.

The goal with aff program directories should be to increase awareness of your affiliate program and nothing else beyond that. A manual approach always works best in such a case.
