Affiliate Program $200 CPS... Best place to market?

Hey guys,

I'm managing an affiliate program for an insurance type product (home warranty). Here are the specs:

34% commission
Most popular package is $594 bringing ~$200 commission per sale. Paid weekly.

Here's the deal, sorry if these questions are not very advanced.

- We have Affiliate Royale installed on the site right now. Can we ALSO install CJ or Shareasale tracking on top of Affiliate Royale?
- We pay more than our competitors but are having trouble connecting with good quality affiliates. What questions should I ask to vet affiliate, or do I give everyone a shot as long as they follow our rules?
- What is the best source for finding good contacts.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

that is amazing stats, i am doing car insurance and I get 50% at $13 for each lead. I think its time for me to move to home warrants. lol

In terms of multiple systems, cannot answer that for you, I believe if you can call CJ up and ask them or look at their TOS

For vetting Affiliates:
Put a filter for how New they are?
Filter out those that do not have a solid plan when submitting the application
Filter those that don't start bringing in qualified leads within 90 days or such.
Offer a lower rate for amount of leads < 100 sales / month or such
Offer a higher rate when they pass >100 sales / month or such

Finally: Message Affiliate programs in the Marketplace and ask how they are doing all this to get an idea and build a relationship for future.

I would agree with what techbiff recommends above, except that I would strongly suggest that to open-up to newbies as well. With a 90 days trial, you will be covered - and with the Payout, you can be advertising the opportunity through social networks

I think it's better to give a shot to everybody since you are paying based on comission sale and not per lead.
