I'm new to affiliate and planning to start developing my first website. I'd like to proceed with Healthcare and Ecom niche. I am good at creative website designing. Need suggestions on where to start and the tools and services required to drive organic and cheap paid traffic to my site.

There is plenty of ways to drive traffic, I think you should precise on which of the ways you would like to focus (based on your current skills and knowledge).

You can get organic and/or paid traffic from the same places :
- Search engines (google, bing)
- Social media platforms (fb, yt, twitter, pinterest etc.)

Cheap traffic you can get from pop-ups and push ads but are they going to convert ?
