I'd like to get some feedback on my affiliate offer - I have a new product and new affiliate offer that I want to promote, but would like to get some feedback from veteran affiliate marketer to ensure it is good / competitive / valid / attractive / etc.

I just don't want to circumvent the rules of the BHW forums as I am new. Can I post the details here? or how should I proceed?

Cheers

It is a physical device with a 30% commission. The production, shipping and customer service are all taken care of, affiliates only need to generate the sale. Avg sale is about $78.

Payout is every 30 days by paypal or bitcoin - affiliates can choose preferred payment format. The cookie expiration is set to 30 days.

I'm not sure the niche even exists - it's a usb drive that takes the user online anonymously in 60 seconds. It has a full desktop software suite, EVERYTHING is forced through TOR, has a Bitcoin wallet and PGP email client all installed and ready to use. The entire drive is also fully protected with 256 bit encryption and everything is ready to use.

The main target audience has been people who want to go online anonymously, but do not have the technical means to do it themselves. I've also found it to be a big hit with people wanting to blog anonymously, people traveling and using open wifi connections or public computers, and anyone who wants to keep their surfing history to themselves.

To be clear, I haven't re-invented the wheel here, my site even clearly offers some of the free options that already exist - but I've focused on making this an easy to use consumer device to the point where your grandmother could use it. It is no more complicated than using a dvd player for the first time.

Mostly looking to find out best practices for the 30 day payout. I'd love to have it be instant payout, but I'm worried about getting scammed - affiliate signs up, generates 100 sales, gets commission and then requests refund for all of them.

Any advice is appreciated.

Cheers
