Affiliate network with smartlinks

Hey community!

I'm on the lookout for an affiliate network that specializes in smartlinks and would really appreciate some advice. Currently, I have a substantial amount of desktop traffic and I'm testing a few networks, but the results haven't been very impressive so far.

Does anyone here have experience with networks that focus on smartlinks? I would be extremely grateful for any recommendations or advice, especially if you've worked with networks that are well-suited for desktop traffic. Are there any specific networks you could suggest?
