Affiliate network with quality products ?

A friend of mine is willing to sell me some good/steady traffic and I was thinking of directing this traffic to a couple of review sites for affiliate products.

I have tried Clickbank and other virtual goods products but most of them are worthless and often do not provide good value to the customer.

Could you recommend a good network that offer products I would want to buy and could accept me easily (this could be a problem since I am not located in the US, and I usually earn money through adsense niche sites so I dont have some massive authority site to show them)

I'm going to launch my affiliate program soon. I don't mind taking on affiliates from outside the US but I ship the product within the US.
