Hi,

I want to make a dating site including affiliate network. I think its a good idea/way for making money.

But i dont know very much about the process/way. but im searching to find more information on google but i cant be clear. thats why i am posting here on this niche & im sure i will get the real + helpful information.
I have some question about this, hope every body help me.

1. do i need any licence for this ? if, how can i get this/ process ?

2. which payment gate way is the best for dating site.

3. which dating website software (dating script) is the best ? i already got few like skadate.

please help me.

I think you can become an affilate with some of the larger sites. Then you can create your own "label" or licenced with your name and the customers from their network included.
 
You should learn how to be an affiliate first so you know what to expect when other affiliates are promoting your dating network.

Just a thought.
 
You don't need a licence to promote affiliate products.

Honestly it sound like you are new to IM and the dating niche is really f**king saturated. I'd advise targeting a smaller niche.
