may be it works for only paid tools and softwares., my few friends are working on affiliate but im not 100 percent conform about.

I strongly suggest to warm them up with premium free content BEFORE you push anything. Warm them up for a few weeks first.

Email marketing is not easy thing. You can be banned immediately in Mailchimp if you get a high abuse rat there. You need to know your base good and send them offers that they will be interested in. Good email copy, image, unsubscribe link, don't forget to put your tracking link. It's better for you if you own this base, I mean these people subscribed to your site, for example. Set up follow up email for those who didn't answer to your first email. Make A/B test with different email copy.

As everyone else said you need software like MailChimp. Your affiliates should provide you with banner ads as part of a creative package. You would just then format the banners, the same way you would do it on a website or blog.
Also, just as you would with a website would Key Words, test out different Subject Lines with Email.

Darker methods means abusing email hosting or using botnet.
If you're considering going into email marketing then I'd advise against it. The market is much tougher now than it was.
You will have to work super hard to get high quality email lists and spend in minimum hundreds of dollars for servers monthly and setup fees. Once you overcame that, you will have to learn how to build proper html mailers, manage email bounces and your mailing lists. There are also endless testing against spam filters.
In case none of the above are in your toolbox, simply don't...
