Affiliate Marketing Literature

I'm pretty new to the whole affiliate marketing game, so I was wondering if there were any good comprehensive resources out there to start with. This forum is great, but honestly I'm at the point where I'm not even sure where to start. What would ya'll as a community consider "required reading"?
