Affiliate Managers Needed For Affiliate Network

Affiliate network based in Orlando & Miami Looking for Affiliate managers to help with Affiliates. This is a work in your country job that you must be able to work atleast 20 hours a week. We will give you 100-400 affiliates that were producing that is not anymore. We are willing to pay a percent of 5% for you to get these affiliates working again of all there commissions and 7% commissions on all new signups you get. Same time we will provide training and access to market offers yourself at higher payouts then affiliates. You will have access to over 700 offers for your own marketing and at the same time also be able to use our affiliates to stir up more business. PM me for details. If works out well and you are seasoned after 3-6 months we will also give you a bases salary along with your commission. But you must learn the ropes first.
Let us know if this is something you want to do. We also want to create a training center for our affiliates.

What is the reason behind them not producing anymore? Lack of incentive? Motivation? or the programs just aren't what they used to be?

BTW, I'm also in the south florida area.

Well we ran pretty understaffed and we had tons of them sign up but i let someone else manage it for me and that person did a great job with are other staff. Some didn't produce and i think if we had more affiliate managers per affiliate it could be way more 1 on 1 and personalized. We jumped off looking at numbers trying to expand to big and not working with what we have already to the utmost level. Some of them moved to other networks, or they stopped affiliate marketing, or went to other projects. So i would want to motivate them again. I mean i can send emails of new offers to them all the time but to actually speak with each of them 1 on 1 it would take us forever. I assume some of them are not literally dead but abandoned affiliate marketing. So if we can show them how to make some money of the sites they have or anything we could do to add to what there going we would like to re engage them.

So i would say motivation, incentive yes of course that played a role. Personalization of matching offers with there lists or sites or methods of advertising played a huge role also.

Also that daily 1 on 1 contact or every other day just to say hello and let them know we care about them making money and doing things right and sharing whatever we can to help them with us so its beneficial to both parties.


Great you are in South Florida. I lived down there 8 years been in Orlando 2 now. I was in the aventura, weston, and also biscayne bay condo area for those years. Also lived in Jupiter for 2 years on top of that. Orlando is way to slow for me but got killer deals on some real estate so its was a no brainer exspecially with the pricing on homes going up in Orlando. But im in south florida every two weeks. Now Miami Heat need to get this game today ....
