Affiliate Management Software

I'm looking for Affiliate Management Software so that I can provide independent offline sales reps with everything they need to close SEO/SMM sales contracts without even calling me. I've created pamphlets, videos, contracts, and powerpoints for them to download. Probably going to create a website they can go to specifically for signing up customers, too. Would like them to be able to process the sales through the affiliate back-end site.
Being able to use this with online affiliates would be icing on the cake. Any ideas?
