Affiliate links in an ebook

How can I put amazon product links into an ebook? They look like they are java script - how do I make them live links?

Also, anyway to put adsense into an ebook as well?

I don't know about Amazon but you can not put Adsense on Ebooks, it have to be a Website.

I don't think Adsense is possible, but you can easily get a direct affiliate link from an Amazon product.

It's easier to just show you, so I screencapped myself doing it. Build the link as "text only" then right click the link, click "copy link location," and you have your direct link.

No you can not put adsense in an ebook, that would be pointless and stupid. If your charging some one for something... why on earth would you want to profit more? That's just rude. Why don't you just throw it up on a website and put adsense and amazon links. I see no reason why to put it in an ebook.
