Affiliate links & changing website around

Hi,

I have an ecommerce type affiliate website with many affiliate links and was wondering if i was to completely change the look of my website will all the links disappear and ill have to do them all again or is there a way to keep them there? at the moment the links are under a tab known as ''external/affiliate link''
