Affiliate Link Cloaking, best settings?

Hello my friends,

I want to know what is the best settings for link cloaking using pretty link pro e.g 301 redirection vs. 307 vs. cloaking and ******** vs. nofollow, and what about search engines?

Is it permitted by Clickbank and Amazon or not? and what about Google TOS's?
