Wondering if anyone can help here with the situation.

I'm looking to add affiliate links to my site using a button.

The link I want to add will use a 301.

User clicks on button -> Button link = mysite.com/offer -> URL redirects to offer URL

Q. Should I set this URL as a nofollow, noopener?

Nofollow is pretty common practice for affiliate links, cloaked or not.
