I'm not really sure I understand what you are saying?

You know a site that has real member sign ups? and you want to know what good offers are for sending these members to?

Well, there's many. Is there a specific market you are looking for?

Here's some I recommend:

Dating Market-

webcams.com
adultfriendfinder.com

CPA Networks-

millnicmedia.com
hydranetwork.com
affiliate.com

and from those CPA networks you can do dating offers, ringtones, loans, etc.

You would have to sign up with them and see that for yourself because they have thousands of offers in their networks.

There's no specifications. You can send them 1 lead a month or 1 million it doesn't matter as long as they are real leads.

Yes you got to earn them!
After half of year in internet business i read about resellers right is better from drop shippers but is biggest problem it must be sell to earn!
Pay per lead program is something different but i look video on one site how your half of sign ups just not qualified and go in recycle bin!
Yes to read tos!
