Affiliate does not accept links?

On Pinterest Can't we give a direct link?

Amazon Product Links
Clickbank Affiliate Links

Or should you open a webly blog page and redirect it from there?
Or should we use link shortening service?

Pinterest state that affiliate links are now accepted by them....BUT, if you run tests you will find that those links get blocked pretty quickly. Likewise if you test shortened links, they don't last long either....Pinterest wants you to send traffic to your own web properties that then contain links to your affiliate programs, thus allowing the visitor to decide if they want to see the affiliate offer.

The only way around this is if you use redirect domains that forward the traffic DIRECTLY from Pinterest....this is the most popular method for Pinterest marketers.
