Affiliate Disclaimer Placement

Anyone got any recommendations for placement of affiliate disclaimer to avoid issues with FTC. I am going to be promoting CPA in different couple niches, possibly as a review site but still not sure. I was thinking of making a statement on top of sidebar that site earns affiliate commissions with a link to full disclaimer. I think that is conspicuous enough.

Also, anyone notice any negatives with earnings with vs without affiliate disclaimer?

Create a page named disclamer and fill it with the text. Place the page link in footer nav. Nice and simple. Never faced an issue.

I always put most of the legal pages in the footer menu and also have the affiliate disclaimer there. Privacy policy, regular disclaimer and affiliate disclaimer.

Working well for me so far atleast.

also, you don't want that to be seen, so place it within the most hidden place like the footer, with some small text
