I don't see many people discussing the use of affiliate datafeeds to populate affiliate products to a website. Is this because they aren't effective? I am beginning to build a few and just curious before I get too deep in.

nobody has any input? Is it a waste of time to use an affiliate datafeed to build an affiliate store? I wonder if there are ways to still be profitable using a datafeed. What is the best way to import it and modify things like the product descriptions so they're unique?

the biggest issue i find is the quality of the feed ro the lack of useful feeds from a network

for examples mobile phone feeds from affiliate window are very low quality content in the feed.

CJ just started to do feeds again but its a pain to get it and maintain it.

then whats the best way to make a site from that feed?

there is the next big problem. there are solutions but they are not too good. each oine has its issues and there is no great affiliate feed program or script to make a site from.

so yes by all means try and use them but beware it is not a fix all strategy there is work involved in maintaining and getting it right in the first place

I needed help with this stuff too but more and more, im leaning towards just creating a simple site and putting about 20 products and you now, making it look real and actually helpful to the user.. and just forward it to the merchants site because the idea is to get the buyer to the site. within 30 days if they buy anything, you'd get paid..
