Affiliate backlinking

Using GSA / SEnuke for my first time properly and i have a few questions about choosing certain keywords. i have done some keyword research and have found hundreds of really good keywords. Problem is each keyword/s is specific to a certain page selling a different product. I have seen many people pointing keywords at random pages using SEnuke/GSA but i don't think this would be wise in this case?

I would not use Senuke for my SEO. I would rather focus on manual backlinking. After the panda-penguin update, you should be very cautious of your SEO plans. You may still use Senuke but for your 2nd tier sites only. For your money sites, try to do content marketing like guest posting, forums, and SMM

Same problem here: Should I concentrate on making the homepage very powerful and it will "drag" all the other pages up or should I forget about the homepage which doesn't give me any monetizable kws and concentrate on the sub-pages and their kws?

I find that its best to always have the home page to have the majority of the links and then the sub pages. I think i will manually build all of my backlinks to mysite for a Tier 1 then automate all of the Tier 2 and so on i may use SEnuke/GSA for some Tier 1 i will have to work it out.
